Completed my 4 bootcamp challenge this week by doubling up today! I am LOVING the dumbbell classes – I REALLY feel the difference from throwing in a little bit of weight training each week! If you haven’t tried the dumbbell class yet I STRONGLIFE encourage you to! 💪🏼
