With motivation, I often hear: "getting started is the hardest part". Motivation can be tricky. What I've found is if you fall in love with the results, the motivation to complete the next work out is much more available. Therefore, my goal is to help you stick with your program each month to ensure you're seeing results and therefore gaining motivation to keep going. It's all about those little successes and constant progress.

Joining the Strong Life community will assist in attacking the root of what's blocking you from achieving your goals. Together, in addition to your exercise programs we will practice self-care, adjust sleeping habits and identify anything else you may benefit from.
